Linklaters has appointed Tom Cassels as a partner in the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice.
Tom joins from Baker & McKenzie where he was Chair of the Global Disputes practice. His expertise lies in commercial and regulatory disputes, contentious competition matters and judicial reviews. He advises clients on legal aspects of reputation management such as handling internal investigations as well as public inquiries and select committee hearings.
