Greg Lascelles has joined Covington as a partner in the European Dispute Resolution practice resident in the firm’s London office.
Mr. Lascelles has a broad litigation and arbitration practice covering a variety of industry sectors, with a particular focus on financial services. He advises hedge funds, private equity houses, asset managers, investment banks, brokerage houses, entrepreneurs and major public companies in the financial services and private equity sectors, and has significant experience in securities litigation as well as antitrust litigation.
In addition, Mr. Lascelles advises on regulatory investigations and enforcement concerning market abuse, systems and controls investigations and permission removals, plus partnership, shareholder, director, trustee and bondholder disputes involving unfair prejudice, restructuring and creditor priorities, as well as substantial contractual disputes.

Mr. Lascelles received his LLB in English and French Laws from King’s College in London and the Pantheon-Sorbonne in Paris in 1995, and was admitted as a solicitor in 2003. He speaks English, French and Spanish.
