Law firm Eversheds has strengthened its technology team with the appointment of Craig Rogers as a partner in its London office.
Craig brings extensive experience in negotiating strategic outsourcing and IT contracts, both in the UK and internationally. He has led on the structuring and negotiation of complex, global transactions with deal values from $200m to $2bn across all industry sectors.
Craig joins the firm from IBM and has a deep knowledge of the financial services sector, having been the lead counsel for IBM’s financial services business, advising on transactional and regulatory matters in the UK and across Europe. He also built up considerable experience in the utilities, communications and public sector whilst at IBM.
Prior to IBM, Craig worked in-house for Oracle where he supported software and consulting sales in the financial services, utilities and communications sectors.
