Dentons Welcomes Partner Lee Federman to its Banking and Finance Practice

Dentons is pleased to announce that Lee Federman has joined its London office as a partner in its Banking and Finance practice, joining from Linklaters where he was a Managing Associate in the banking team.

Lee specialises in cross-border syndicated financing transactions with a particular focus on investment grade lending, leveraged finance and restructuring, acting for lenders, corporate borrowers and sponsors in a wide range of sectors including healthcare, infrastructure, mining, private equity, technology, transport, telecommunications and insurance.

After qualifying with Linklaters, Lee spent time at the firm working across a number of locations including London, New York and Amsterdam, with stints in Budapest and Hong Kong prior to qualification. Client secondments have included the Leveraged Finance Origination team at Credit Suisse, and Lehman Brothers during its administration. He speaks Spanish and French.
