Clyde & Co Hires Professional Disputes Lawyer

Global law firm Clyde & Co has today announced the hire of Jane Williams as London-based partner in the firm’s pre-eminent UK Professional and Financial Disputes (PFD) group.

Jane joins from Womble Bond Dickinson where she specialises in the defence of professional negligence claims. She defends claims for a wide range of non-construction professionals and their insurers and also gives related coverage advice.

Jane, who qualified as a barrister before becoming a solicitor in 2001, has over 17 years’ experience in the professional indemnity market, which includes a year on secondment at a major insurer. Before joining Womble Bond Dickinson she was a partner at Kennedys.
