Clyde & Co Appoints New Partner to Strengthen Trade Finance Offering

Global law firm Clyde & Co has today announced the appointment of Robert Parson as Partner in its Global Trade Finance Group.

Robert Parson, a leading lawyer in the trade & commodities sector, joins Clyde & Co’s London office to further enhance the firm’s eminent Global Trade Finance team.

With over [25] years’ experience Robert has an unrivalled knowledge of trade and commodities and the financial structures which support the industry. He joins from Reed Smith where he was a Partner in the Energy & Natural Resources Group. Prior to joining Reed Smith Robert spent six years at Clyde & Co.

He specialises in commodity and trade finance law; structuring deals and complex cross border financing arrangements for major banks, traders and other participants in the global trade market.
