Bryan Cave London Makes Two New Appointments, Including Leading Corporate Partner

International law firm Bryan Cave LLP announced today two new appointments to its London office. Corporate Partner Sarah Atkinson joins the Transactions Client Service Group from Hogan Lovells. Associate Yannis Erifillidis joins the Financial Services Client Service Group from Norton Rose Fulbright LLP, further enhancing the Corporate Trust Team.

Atkinson’s experience concentrates on cross-border M&A, private equity and general corporate advisory work. She has been recognised by The Legal 500 UK for her M&A work, specifically relating to upper mid-market and premium deals, and is well known in her key industry sectors – retail (fashion and luxury brands), hospitality and energy.

Erifillidis is a senior associate with experience in high-value cross-border structured finance, debt capital markets and Islamic finance. He is also qualified in Greek law. Erifillidis’ arrival will strengthen the expanding Corporate Trust Team in London, which includes Partner Helena Nathanson and Associate Lukasz Napieraj who joined Bryan Cave last year, as well as Counsel Ed Marlow.

Atkinson is the fourth partner hired by Bryan Cave’s London office in the last 12 months. Her arrival, together with Erifillidis, brings the total number of partner and associate hires to 12 in London over the past year.
