Brown Rudnick bolsters Cross Border/International Transactions and Finance Practice

Brown Rudnick LLP is delighted to announce the expansion of its Cross Border/International Transactions and Finance Practice, with the appointment of a new Partner, Agnes Abosi.

With over 10 years of corporate finance experience, Agnes has led deal teams to successful completion of a number of £1 billion transactions across mergers and acquisitions, leverage, fund financing and real estate. She has also advised high profile clients on issues from equity and debt financing for real estate funds to the bricks and mortar expansion of well-known high street brands.

Agnes’ extensive experience will further enhance the firm’s ability in relation to cross-border, complex transactions, especially within the fashion and tech sectors, where Agnes has a strong track record.

Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Agnes worked in the Finance Department of another international law firm and at the European Commission soon after graduating with a law degree from the University of Oxford.
