Allen & Overy announces the joining of Nick Bradbury as a partner in its financial services regulatory practice (non-contentious) in London. Nick brings over a decade’s experience from his time at Herbert Smith Freehills and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Nick will join London regulatory partners Damian Carolan, Etay Katz and Kate Sumpter.
Nick’s particular focus is on the wholesale financial markets and financial market infrastructure (securities and derivatives trading venues, custodians and clearing houses), advising global investment banks and other major financial institutions on regulatory matters. He has advised major banks on the full range of regulatory change the financial industry is facing, including recovery and resolution planning, bank structural reform, derivatives trading and clearing, MiFID II, the Senior Managers Regime and Brexit. He also has extensive experience of advising on the regulatory aspects of corporate transactions in the financial institutions sector.
