Davis Polk advised FedEx Corporation (“FedEx”) on its SEC-registered offering of $400 million principal amount of 2.300% notes due 2020, $700 million principal amount of 3.200% notes due 2025, $500 million principal amount of 3.900% notes due 2035, $650 million principal amount of 4.100% notes due 2045 and $250 million principal amount of 4.500% notes due 2065. AmerisourceBergen (NYSE:ABC) and MWI Veterinary Supply, Inc. (NASDAQ:MWIV) today announced that they have entered into a definitive merger agreement for AmerisourceBergen to acquire MWI Veterinary Supply (MWI), the leading animal health distribution company in the United States.
