Schiff Hardin is pleased to announce that Dr. John K. Hsu has joined the firm as a partner in the Intellectual Property group. Dr. Hsu comes to the firm from Winston & Strawn LLP, and brings with him extensive experience in intellectual property litigation. He is based in the firm’s Washington D.C. office.

King & Spalding has recruited Joseph A. Eisert to its tort and environmental litigation practice as a partner in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office. Eisert joins a two-member team of environmental partners from his former firm of Kirkland & Ellis – Granta Nakayama and Ilana Saltzbart – who came over to King & Spalding in January.
