TransCanada PipeLines Limited completed a public offering in the United States for gross proceeds of approximately $750 million, including $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 1.875% senior notes due 2018 and $250 million of its floating rate senior notes due 2018. TransCanada PipeLines is a Canadian company that operates primarily in three business segments: natural gas pipelines, oil pipelines and energy.
