McNair Law Firm announced today that environmental attorney Pamela Baker has rejoined the firm’s Columbia office as a shareholder.
Pam brings to the firm a wealth of experience in navigating environmental issues. She represents clients in state and federal enforcement actions related to environmental and health statutes and regulations. She regularly serves as counsel in complex Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) negotiations with the EPA and the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC), as well as in matters related to brownfield redevelopment and landfill compliance.
