Cahill represented Citigroup, Deutsche Bank Securities, J.P. Morgan, RBS, and Wells Fargo Securities as joint book-running managers in connection with the public offering of $400,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.000% Senior Notes due 2020 by D.R.
