Kelley Kronenberg, a diverse full-service law firm, announced that Jonathan E. Hyun has joined the firm’s Chicago office as a partner. Mr. Hyun focuses his practice on business transactions and tax law related matters. He has extensive experience handling matters involving executive compensation and employee benefits. Mr. Hyun also serves an outside general counsel role for several of his privately-held clients, providing business counseling on general corporate and day-to-day operational matters.
