Kal Shah represents large clients in the areas of both intellectual property litigation and complex commercial litigation. He has been lead counsel in a wide variety of patent matters, including computer science and internet applications, biological and biomedical sciences, electrical systems and lighting technology, mechanical systems, and wireless technologies. He has also represented clients in software license and copyright disputes. Kal is first and foremost a litigator, also representing clients in commercial litigation, including multifaceted contract litigation, derivative actions, fraud defense and other business claims.
