Mintz Levin Bolsters Transactional, Tax Practices, Adding Three Attorneys in its Boston and New York Offices

Further strengthening its transactional and tax capabilities, Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. has added prominent corporate attorney Edouard C. LeFevre and tax veterans Scott J. Pinarchick and Abraham (Avi) Reshtick to the firm’s Corporate & Securities and Tax practices, respectively. Messrs LeFevre and Pinarchick were most recently partners at Foley & Lardner LLP. They join as Members in the firm’s Boston office. Mr. Reshtick was most recently a partner at Bracewell, LLP and previously practiced at Ropes & Gray LLP. Greenberg Traurig Expands Dallas Litigation Practice with 3 from DLA Piper

Karl G. Dial and Casey L. Moore have joined global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s 600-member Litigation Practice as shareholders in the Dallas office. Dial, who is also a CPA, focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, while Moore has extensive experience in commercial and financial services litigation matters. Samuel G. Davison will join the group as an associate. The trio joins from DLA Piper where Dial previously served as the Dallas office Managing Partner. The addition of Dial and Moore completes a transition of five attorneys from DLA Piper and includes Manuel Rajunov and Dania Duncan, who joined Greenberg Traurig in early March. More >>
