Adolfo Zunzunegui Joins as New Partner at Allen & Overy in Spain

Allen & Overy is pleased to announce the addition of new partner in Spain, Adolfo Zunzunegui, who will lead and direct the tax law practice in Madrid.

With almost 20 years of experience in the field, Mr. Zunzunegui joins Allen & Overy from Ernst & Young, where he was a partner, responsible for the firm’s legal and tax department in Spain. Previously, he worked with Garrigues and Freshfields.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Zunzunegui has advised numerous financial entities in a consulting capacity on asset financing processes and structured finance.
