Global law firm Reed Smith LLP today announced the addition of a five-member state tax team from Morrison Foerster, headed by partner Andres Vallejo. In addition to Vallejo, the team includes counsel Peter Kanter, counsel James Kratochvill, and associates Priscilla Parrett and Matt Rilla.
