Mike Doversberger is an attorney in Smith Haughey’s Holland office, practicing in the areas of business, real estate, intellectual property, franchise, and employment law. Mike began his legal practice in Mishawaka, Indiana and Dowagiac, Michigan, before joining Smith Haughey. He has represented both individuals and publicly traded corporations, has drafted and negotiated numerous types of agreements, and has acted as counsel to employers on human resource needs and strategies.
