Akin today announced that Daniel Wayte will join the firm as a corporate partner in London, expanding the firm’s preferred equity & hybrid capital offering and strengthening Akin’s recently launched global capital solutions team, comprised of market-leading transactional lawyers that advise on complex situations across debt and equity, hybrid and structured solutions, joint ventures, rollups and spinouts. Prior to joining Akin, Wayte was previously at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, Milbank and Slaughters & May.
