Global law firm Clyde & Co today announces the appointment of Julie Cornély as an energy transactions partner in Paris, as part of the firm’s investment in its energy transition offering for clients. Julie will be part of the firm’s energy, projects and construction and corporate teams. Cornély joins from French law firm De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés where she was a corporate partner specialising in M&A, complex group restructurings and general corporate matters.
