Rubenstein brings deep experience in data center development, having advised on more than 40 projects across the United States to date. His work spans legal strategy, economic development and tax incentives, bespoke development agreements with public and private partners, negotiating with utility providers and navigating complex site requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
