Polsinelli Continues Expansion of National Data Center Team With Seattle Shareholder David Rubenstein

Polsinelli is pleased to welcome David S. Rubenstein as a shareholder in its Data Center & Infrastructure Practice, based in the firm’s Seattle office. Rubenstein’s strong experience in advising on land issues related to data center development complements the recent arrivals of Carl Steen in Los Angeles and Barbara Trachtenberg in Boston, who focus their practices on energy and infrastructure projects and data center project investment, respectively. Rubenstein brings deep experience in data center development, having advised on more than 40 projects across the United States to date. His work spans legal strategy, economic development and tax incentives, bespoke development agreements with public and private partners, negotiating with utility providers and navigating complex site requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
