Mr. Adelson’s practice includes civil and criminal antitrust litigation and internal and governmental investigations. He has significant experience representing U.S. and Japanese companies. Mr. Adelson is the fifth lateral partner to join the firm’s Global Antitrust Law Practice in the last year, and the second to join in San Francisco following the recent arrival of Bonnie Lau, whose practice also focuses on civil and criminal antitrust litigation.
