Trattner’s practice focuses on representing both investors and financiers, as well as sponsors and companies, in royalty financings and monetizations, licensing and collaborations, and other strategic partnerships within the life sciences and technology sectors. Trattner joins from Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.
