WASHINGTON, D.C. – January 23, 2020 – Over his career working at the highest levels of government and private practice, most recently as deputy general counsel of the Federal Communications Commission, David Gossett has accumulated vast experience managing litigation and regulatory matters affecting the technology industry. Now, he will put that experience to work at law firm Davis Wright Tremaine where, as part of a newly launched Products Counseling team, he will provide holistic counsel to tech companies launching new products as well as help those companies address—or challenge—changing federal and state regulatory schemes.
