A&O Bolsters China Corporate Practice With Appointment of Partner Tess Fang in Hong Kong

Allen & Overy is expanding its global Corporate practice with the appointment of Tess Fang, a partner in the Hong Kong office. A native Mandarin speaker who is New York, Hong Kong and PRC-qualified, Tess’s practice will focus on cross-border M&A and private equity transactions in China and globally.

 

Tess joins from White & Case in Hong Kong and has over 14 years of experience advising on cross border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and divestures, private equity transactions and joint ventures across numerous sectors in China. Our clients will benefit hugely from Tess’s deep on-the-ground experience having worked in Shanghai, New York and Hong Kong and her understanding of local business environments and cultures.
