Pinsent Masons Hires Leading State Aid and Public Procurement Partner in London

International law firm Pinsent Masons has hired Dr Totis Kotsonis to lead the firm’s State aid and public procurement team within its Competition, EU & Trade Group.
Totis joins from Eversheds Sutherlands where he led the firm’s procurement, State aid and EU regulatory practice with a focus on transport, construction and energy. Totis had previously worked at Norton Rose Fulbright for 13 years.

Seyfarth Keeps Building in New York With Additions to Real Estate Group

Seyfarth announced today that Jay H. Levinton and Michael J. Waters have joined the firm’s Real Estate department in New York. Levinton, who joins as partner, and Waters, who joins as senior counsel, bring sophisticated transactional experience to the practice.
