The third new partner to join K&L Gates’ Seattle office this year, Yang arrives from Oles Morrison Rinker & Baker LLP, after previously having practiced more than a decade in Washington, D.C.

Seyfarth announced today that Jay H. Levinton and Michael J. Waters have joined the firm’s Real Estate department in New York.
