Global law firm McDermott Will & Emery continues to expand its New York litigation footprint with the additions of commercial litigation partners Josh Simon, Warren Haskel and Dmitriy Tishyevich. This group enhances McDermott’s market-leading healthcare litigation practice and adds depth to its growing New York practice, which currently includes more than 40 commercial litigators.
Josh, Warren and Dmitriy join from Kirkland & Ellis, where they worked together in the Litigation Group.
