Reed Smith today announced that Kiran Somashekara has rejoined the firm as a partner in the firm’s Financial Industry Group, based in Princeton, NJ. Somshekara, who joins Reed Smith from McGuireWoods, where he was a partner, served as counsel at Reed Smith from 2014 to 2016.
Somashekara’s arrival marks a reunion with his former McGuireWoods partner John Lukanski, who himself returned to Reed Smith in 2018.
