DWF, the global legal business, has appointed James Drury-Smith as partner and UK national leader of Privacy and Cyber Security. James joins DWF from PwC where he was the UK leader for the non-contentious data protection legal practice and the UK leader for the financial services data protection legal practice.

Holland & Knight Creates National ERISA Litigation Team with Addition of Litigators in Atlanta

Holland & Knight has added a team of attorneys focused on ERISA and employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) litigation, as well as labor and employment law, to its Atlanta office. The group is led by partner Todd Wozniak, who will chair the firm’s newly formed nationwide ERISA Litigation Team, and includes partners Lindsey Camp and Peter Hall. Mr. Wozniak and Ms. Camp were previously a partner and senior attorney, respectively, at Greenberg Traurig, while Mr. Hall was previously a partner with Chamberlain Hrdlicka.
