Dusseldorf-Global law firm Dentons is expanding its Corporate/M&A practice with the recruitment of Dr. Michael Krömker, who joined the Dusseldorf office as a partner today. He will focus on energy and infrastructure projects as well as on the IT and media sectors. He will also advise Chinese clients on their investments in Germany and Europe. He joins along with Of Counsel Xi Xie. Krömker and Xie join from Luther, where Krömker was a partner since 2014, and prior to that, he worked at Linklaters for more than 10 years.

Joshua J. Minkler has joined Barnes & Thornburg’s white collar and investigations practice in Indianapolis after serving as the United States Attorney for the Southern District of Indiana. He is a career criminal prosecutor who joined the U.S. Attorney’s office in Indianapolis in 1994 as an assistant U.S. Attorney, and then served as chief of the Drug and Violent Crimes Unit and as first Assistant U.S. Attorney until he was selected as interim U.S. Attorney in 2014. He was subsequently appointed U.S. Attorney in 2017.
