Frankfurt-Global law firm Dentons has strengthened its Tax Practice in Germany with the recruitment of Dr. Pia Dorfmueller, who joined the Frankfurt office as a partner on June 1. Pia Dorfmueller joins from P+P Pöllath + Partners in Frankfurt where she was a partner since 2011.

Shearman & Sterling announced today that Mark Chorazak is joining the firm as partner in its global Financial Institutions Advisory and Financial Regulatory practice in New York. His arrival further bolsters the firm’s US bank regulatory, FinTech and financial institutions practices. Mark joins the firm from Cadwalader.
