Morris comes to Womble Bond Dickinson from Nelson Mullins in Atlanta.
Continuing to expand Rimon Law’s presence in China, Xiaowei Ye, former Managing Partner of Morgan Lewis & Brockius’ Beijing office, has joined the firm as a Partner in Rimon’s Shenzhen and Washington, DC offices.
Barnes & Thornburg has added Jerry C. Harris, Jr. as partner in its Dallas office. Harris is the latest addition to the firm’s expanding Intellectual Property Department, following Kurt Rohde’s move to the Chicago office in early July. Harris joins the firm from Wick Phillips in Dallas.

They will be based in the firm’s Chicago office, and join K&L Gates from Richards Patent Law P.C., an intellectual property firm Richards founded in 2009 after previously practicing at McDermott Will & Emery LLP.
