Clark Hill today announced that Brian M. Hom has joined Clark Hill as a Member in the firm’s Litigation practice, resident in the Los Angeles office. He has represented clients from across the globe in disputes in federal and state courts, including appellate courts and the U.S. Supreme Court, as well as in arbitration and governmental investigations, with an emphasis in commercial litigation, securities, and antitrust. Hom’s joinder follows on the arrival last month of Sander Zagzebski as a Member in the firm’s Corporate Law practice in Los Angeles.
