Perkins Coie Expands National Environmental, Energy and Resources Practice With Prominent Project Development Lawyers in Washington, DC

Perkins Coie announced today that Edward (Ted) Boling and Stacey Bosshardt are joining the firm’s Environment, Energy & Resources practice in the Washington, D.C., office. Ted and Stacey will expand the firm’s nationally prominent project development and infrastructure practice. Ted will be joining Perkins Coie from the White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ), where he served as the country’s top National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) lawyer. Stacey joins from the DOJ where she served as an assistant chief in the Environment and Natural Resources Division and was a leading litigator for the federal government.
