Mr. Palys joins Lewis Brisbois from Stinson LLP, where he practiced in the area of business litigation. Focusing on business disputes, loan enforcement and lender liability defense, e-discovery, and appeals, Mr. Palys regularly represents both business owners and businesses in contract and tort matters. He also represents clients in matters involving intra-corporate disputes concerning owners’ rights.
