Ms. Hands brings to Lewis Brisbois more than two decades of complex litigation experience in areas such as general liability, subrogation, bad faith, maritime, energy, and trucking. She has extensive court and alternative dispute resolution experience at the state and federal levels, including representing a number of “Write Your Own” insurance carriers under FEMA’s National Flood Insurance Program. Ms. Hands joins the firm from Nielsen Carter & Treas LLC.
