Latham & Watkins is pleased to announce that Helen Lethaby will join the firm’s London office as a partner in the Tax Department. Highly regarded in her field, Lethaby has more than 25 years’ experience advising clients on a variety of complex corporate tax matters, including the tax aspects of capital markets and private equity transactions, public and private M&A, joint ventures, demergers, and restructurings. Lethaby joins Latham & Watkins from Freshfields.

Mayer Brown announced today that a prominent three-lawyer team joined the firm’s Global Restructuring practice.
