Corporate, M&A and Securities Partner David Allen has joined Holland & Knight’s Dallas office. He advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and general corporate matters. Mr. Allen was formerly the managing partner of Troutman Pepper’s Orange County, California, office.
Mayer Brown announced today that a prominent three-lawyer team joined the firm’s Global Restructuring practice. Led by partner Doug Spelfogel, who will co-lead the New York office’s Restructuring practice, the group includes Leah Eisenberg and Derek Wright, and will add depth to the firm’s growing restructuring capabilities. The trio join from Foley & Lardner LLP, where Mr. Spelfogel was the leader of the firm’s Restructuring group in New York and co-leader of the firm’s Corporate Trust and Bondholders Rights team.
