Vivien will be Head of Asset Management and ESG, with her focus advising regional and global asset managers and financial institutions on legal and regulatory matters in asset management and diverse forms of investment funds, and on corporate and regulatory issues around environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) and sustainable finance. Vivien is currently Managing Partner of Vivien Teu & Co LLP, a Hong Kong firm with established reputation particularly in the areas of asset management, investment funds, securities regulatory and wealth management.
