King & Spalding announced today that it has added a group of five partners to its Healthcare practice. The group includes partners Rachel Gilbert, Cat Kirkland and Renee Rayne, who are leaders in the development of Medicaid financing arrangements for hospitals and health systems, and partners Jim Gilliam and John Connell, who focus on commercial healthcare care litigation. The group joins the firm from Burr & Forman.
Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright today announced that Richard Madris has joined the firm’s financial services team as a partner in the funds and asset management group in the New York office. Richard is known for representing some of the world’s largest sponsors and asset managers in their most complex and high-profile fund formations and transactions.
