De Llano most recently was the Deputy Chief of the Securities, Financial & Cyber Fraud Unit in the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts, the state’s top federal law enforcement agency.

Elizabeth “Beth” C. Garvey will serve clients across the nation while working closely with legal teams in Greenberg Traurig’s Albany, New York and Washington, D.C. offices. Garvey previously served in a range of high-level governmental positions, most recently as acting counsel to the New York State Governor, senior vice chancellor for Legal Affairs and general counsel at the State University of New York (SUNY) in Albany, and counsel to the State Senate majority.

King & Spalding has added a six-partner team to its Global Human Capital and Compliance (GHCC) practice, with Tom Ahlering, Anne Dana, Gina Merrill, Jenny Neilsson, Jesse Pauker and Pete Wozniak joining across the firm’s Chicago and New York offices.
