Valeska has spent most of her legal career in Silicon Valley, advising emerging growth companies, investment banks, and venture capital and private equity firms. Her addition also expands the firm’s thriving ECVC practice in Austin. Valeska joins Perkins Coie from Lowenstein Sandler LLP, where she was a partner in the firm’s Silicon Valley office.
