International law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP announced today that it has opened an office in Phoenix, Arizona. The new Phoenix office is the Firm’s 20th location. The lawyers establishing Dorsey’s Phoenix office include Scott Jenkins, Isaac Gabriel, and Andrea Palmer, all of whom most recently practiced in the Phoenix office of the Quarles & Brady law firm. All of them join Dorsey as partners.
Global law firm K&L Gates LLP has added Yoanna Stefanova as a corporate/M&A partner in the Luxembourg office. Arriving from NautaDutilh, Stefanova is the first new partner to join the firm’s Luxembourg office (K&L Gates Volckrick) since its establishment in July 2021 as K&L Gates’ eighth office across Europe and 46th worldwide.

Daniel Faust, Adam Zwecker and Jason Vaupen have joined Holland & Knight as partners in its Miami office, adding a nationally regarded transactional real estate practice to the firm’s Real Estate Section, one of the largest in the country.
