Brian Klein has joined Cooley as a litigation partner in the firm’s Business Litigation and White Collar Defense and Investigations practice groups in Los Angeles. Brian has a broad civil and white collar criminal defense practice, with an emphasis on representing crypto and fintech companies in government investigations and commercial litigation.
