Both attorneys join Greenberg Traurig from Akerman LLP, where they worked as a team in the West Palm office.

He focuses on upstream and downstream oil and gas transactions, as well as acquisitions and divestitures of lending and leasing platforms and portfolios of financial assets. Mr. Siddiqui was previously a partner with Shearman & Sterling.
