Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP today announced the addition of Tilda Shin, who has joined as a partner in the Firm’s Los Angeles office, where she will be a member of the Corporate & Financial Services Department. A corporate lawyer with a focus on transactions in numerous industries, Tilda is the eighth partner to join Willkie’s Los Angeles office this year. Since opening in September 2021 with three partners, the office has added close to 20 partners across various practice areas, including corporate and M&A transactions, private equity, music and entertainment, asset management, private wealth, litigation, and tax. Tilda was previously senior counsel in the Capital Markets & Corporate Department at Loeb & Loeb LLP. In addition, Tilda is a retired Certified Public Accountant in California.
