Hillary E. Ellis Joins Polsinelli’s Quickly Growing Roster of Women Shareholders in Real Estate and Financial Services

Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli welcomes real estate attorney Hillary E. Ellis to its nationally renowned Real Estate Practice, continuing Polsinelli’s recent efforts to advance women leaders in the Real Estate and Financial Services Department. Ellis joins the firm as a new Shareholder in the Denver office, where she’ll work with Michael R. Strand and Real Estate Practice Chair Amy Kiefer Hansen.  Prior to joining Polsinelli, Ellis was a Partner at Kutak Rock LLP.

Executive Compensation, Employment & Benefits Partner Joins Latham & Watkins in Boston

Freidman advises emerging companies, multinational public companies, and private investment funds on a wide array of equity compensation issues, including executive compensation, employee benefits, tax structures, and ERISA aspects of corporate transactions. Friedman also serves as day-to-day compensation counsel to public and private companies, with a particular focus on emerging and life sciences companies. Friedman joins the firm from Cooley LLP in Boston.
