Dewey and Orrick Discuss Merger
New York-based Dewey Ballantine and San Francisco-based Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe are currently engaged in merger talks. While still in the preliminary stages, the potential combination would result in a 1,200 lawyer entity.
