More female lawyers are making partnership than last year, but its still a small group. Women make up about 34 percent of the lawyers that were promoted to partnership this year. This is up from 28 percent from the year prior.

Odile Fallenius, a Linklaters tax partner, has left the firm’s Stockholm office to join local Swedish firm Vinge.  She takes a three associate group with her, increasing the size of Vinge’s tax group to 20.
